Sea Mar WIC

Sea Mar WIC is a place where families get healthy food and nutrition counseling. WIC is for pregnant women, new and breastfeeding moms, and children under 5. WIC helps improve the health of mothers and children through nutrition education, monthly checks for healthy food, health screenings and referrals, and breastfeeding support.

Open Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm, Thursday 8am-7pm.

Crisis Information

If you or someone you know is undergoing any kind of crisis there are plenty of hotlines that connect you with real people asap. From teens to adults there is help out there for you, whether you are a runaway, struggling from substance abuse, or have domestic issues there are trained professionals waiting at the end of the line.
For Seattle, you can simply dial 2-1-1 between the hours of 8am and 6pm and become directly connected to a crisis clinic in the Seattle area. Otherwise, please call the 24/hour Crisis Hotline at 1-866-4CRISIS. For a complete list of numbers and info, please click the link below. Marra Farm

Seattle’s only working farm has numerous programs for all ages to learn about how to grow healthy, organic food in a sustainable way. Programs at the park include Lettuce Link, Mien Community Gardeners, and Seattle P-Patch.

Sea Mar Home Care Program

Sea Mar’s Home Care Program has been providing services in King County since 1979. Home Care services are designed to provide non-medical assistance to persons from all ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds who are physically or mentally unable to care for themselves. Presently the program provides services to 192 clients, and is available only in King County.

Latino Senior Nutrition & Outreach Program


Sea Mar’s Latino Senior Nutrition & Outreach Program was created in 1988. In 2009, more than 201 seniors (unduplicated), age 60 and older, were served in our program. We provide healthy, fun and age-appropriate activities, including health education, at various senior centers in King County. Our goal is to help seniors to enjoy nutritious meals at the centers and enjoy a better quality of life physically and emotionally.

Providence Regina House Food /Clothing Bank


The food bank provides families with a wide range of both perishable and non-perishable food items including fresh, organic produce from Marra Farm, South Park’s own one acre farm. On a rotating basis, the following additional items are provided:

1st Saturday of the month: Baby Cupboard (Infant food, formula, diapers and clothing)
3rd Saturday of the month: Toddler Feeding Bags

Providence Regina House partners with many community organizations to offer resources such as health and nutritional information, cooking demonstrations, seeds and plant starts, food stamp education and blood pressure screenings. Regina House also sponsors a large holiday program in the months of November and December when we distribute baskets of food, clothing and toys to families in need.

Union Gospel Mission


We provide emergency care and long-term recovery services to hurting and homeless people in Seattle. We’ll serve, rescue and transform those in need until we’ve solved the root causes of poverty and homelessness.

Sea Mar Community Health Centers, founded in 1978, is a community-based organization committed to providing quality, comprehensive health and human services in Washington State. We proudly serve all people without regard to race, ethnicity, immigration status, gender, or sexual preference, and regardless of ability to pay for services. Our network of services includes more than 50 medical, dental, and behavioral health clinics and centers, and a wide variety of nutritional, social, and educational services.
