Water Taxi
Seattle provides a water taxi that goes from West Seattle to downtown, and from downtown to Vashon Island. Slightly more expensive than the bus, but quicker and more comfortable. Taxi’s to Vashon only operate on the weekdays, whereas going from West Seattle to downtown operates seven days a week. Take a look at the website to see a full list of schedules and fares.
SeaTac Airport
Seattle’s International Airport is conveniently close to the South Park neighborhood. Check out their website to book a flight, find a taxi service to and from the port, or for general information.

Pierce Transit
Pierce Transit covers 292 square miles of Pierce County with roughly 70% of the county population. It connects with several Metro buses to get you to Tacoma and back.
Washington Ferries
Washington State Ferries at Mukilteo and Edmonds are served by Community Transit local and commuter buses. Regular passengers can put both bus and ferry passes on an ORCA card.
